Our booking system is conveniently setup for Self Service and can be made in a number of ways:

3. You can also access ‘Book Now’ links from our Facebook and Instagram pages. These links will lead you directly to our online booking platform.
4. We have a Booking Service that you can reach on 087 138 0019 and they can answer any queries you may have and escalate to our team should you require further assistance from a specialist member of our team.
5. Please note, all calls to our booking service and recorded and our team has record of each call made to our numbers.
6. Occasionally we may communicate with you via a WhatsApp number. Please note that this service is very popular, and it may take a little longer for you to get a response this way. If you have an urgent concern or query, please contact our booking service.
7. We encourage you to book your next appointment when you leave our branches as we do get extremely full and moving bookings around can become a challenge. As always, we understand that life happens and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.

1. We accept Cash and Credit cards for payment (VISA and Mastercard only)
2. Our clinic runs off a cash basis, you must pay for your services on the day you have them. We do not offer credit or split payments.
3. Prepaid packages are available and sometimes offered on a discounted basis throughout the year. These packages will be available for the specified time period only.
4. Each of our packages has an expiry date, so please make sure you take note of this. The expiry dates are worked out to give you the best time period between treatments and are different for each package.
5. We do NOT split packages and once bought, the package may only be used by the assigned person on our booking system FRESHA.

We will confirm your appointment 24 hours before you come. if you are unable to make it, you need to cancel it 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise we will charge you 50% of your appointment fee. We understand that life happens and if something happens beyond your control, please let us know.

We will send you a full preparation guide with your consent form before your appointment, however the general guideline is to carefully shave the treatment area and not to use any deodorant or body creams on the day of treatment. Also be sure to inform us if you are on any chronic medication or are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.

Our triple wavelength lasers are ice cooled and part of a class of lasers called Diode lasers. These lasers are generally accepted as ‘pain-free’ technology and are the gold standard for hair removal. Everyone’s tolerance for laser hair removal varies from person to person and it is important to tell your therapist if you experience more than a warm tingle so they can adjust the settings accordingly

We will unfortunately not be able to see you if you have not shaved. We will assist with small areas and touch ups, but we do charge a fee for this.

The number of sessions required for each procedure at Cleanse Aesthetics can vary depending on several factors, including your individual skin and body concerns, desired outcome, and treatment plan created during a consultation with a Cleanse Aesthetics aesthetician. Here’s a general guideline:

• Laser Hair Removal: Typically 8-12 sessions
• Advanced Facials: Can be a one-time treatment or part of a series for optimal results.
• Skin Rejuvenation – Can be done monthly
•  (Chemical Peels): Depends on the depth of the peel, but typically a series of treatments are recommended.
• Microneedling: A series of treatments are usually recommended. 
• Dermaplaning: One-time treatment for exfoliation. can be done monthly and in conjunction with other facial treatments
• Jet Plasma Tightening: Requires multiple treatments (minimum of 3) for best results.
• Emslim & Lipolysis Injections: A course of treatments is recommended, with the exact number depending on your goals. 
• Vaginal Tightening & Rejuvenation: A consultation is required to determine the number of sessions needed.
• Slimming Packages: A personalized treatment plan will be created during a consultation.

It’s always best to consult with us directly to determine the exact number of sessions needed for your desired outcome.

We usually see permanent results between 8 to 12 sessions, and we book the treatments monthly. Please note that this is an average amount of sessions based on the norm of what we experience with our clients. Everyone is different and will experience results differently. Hormonal hairs also tend to be more stubborn and thus may require more treatments. Certain medications and supplements may also hinder your progress.

Cleanse Aesthetics uses state-of-the-art triple-wavelength diode lasers for safe and effective hair removal on all skin types. Our laser is a white label tech made specifically for us. It is a diode laser that incorporates 768 Alexandrite, 808 Diode and 1024 ND-yag into an ice cooled platform. Painless, and super effective for all skin types.

These drugs cause light sensitivity in the skin. The recommended wait for someone on these drugs is 6 months from the date of your last pill.

We offer free consultations for laser and for your skin concerns.

Everyone is different and will experience results differently.

Our treatment times do not allow for shaving of the client. We are only able to shave small areas like chin or underarms at an extra cost. We encourage our clients to shave themselves.

It is not recommended to have laser hair removal done during pregnancy.

Unfortunately, this is not a treatment that we offer in our stores currently.

Dermaplaning uses a scalpel to remove dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) for smoother, more even-toned skin.

Jet Plasma offers a non-invasive option for improving skin texture, reducing wrinkles, and addressing sun damage with minimal downtime. However, it requires multiple treatments for optimal results.

The recommended frequency for Lipolysis injections is weekly, with the total number of treatments needed depending on your individual goals. A personalized plan will be created during a consultation.
